Where can i find the SIM id number on my phone?? (Motorola W-490) Carrier T-Mobile?

I need to repair my phone and it's not the IMEI or MSN number it's the SIM ID number i've tried everything, Please help... Thanks in advance!

I hope i get more answers I didn't get many on the other category :'(
it's a 20 digit number and there's only 19 UGH i feel so dumb lol

You have to open up the phone and take the battery out and then take the sim card out and the number is right on the card.
