Where can you find out the release dates of Virtual Console games on the Wii?

I'm wondering when a certain game is coming out, but I have Wii points to spend, so I don't know how long I would have to wait for the game (super mario kart) to come out.

Give me a website or something please
also, is there anywhere that you can give feedback or ask questions to nintendo?

go to game crazy in holly wood video they have a whole book that they update every day on release dates and reviews or u could go to gamespot.com
