Which is the best program to convert a video file that is currently in MPEG-4

format to a DVD format? I want it to play on any dvd player. I've already tried ConvertX to DVD and that didn't seem to work. It just burned the file to disc but didn't convert it first, so it wouldn't play. And I already tried Any Video Converter, and the free version wouldn't do it. Thanks!
 
Prism Video Converter Software is most stable and comprehensive multi format video converters available and is very easy to use.
 
A program called Super will convert to VOB (DVD format) Then you could encode/burn with Nero or use DVD shrink to prepare image/burn.

WinAVI might also be worth a try.
