...and peers in my utorrent.? which is the best place to get torrent.my utorrent does not connect to all d seeds and peers.

the torrent you are downloading:- are there any files left to download, look at ''Availablity''....it must be over 1.000 to get the full file unless a seeder comes back on line again.

If availability shows something like 0.995, you will only get 99.5%

Thats normal. You will never connect to all peers. They are all the same, too as speeds are determined by who you connect to.
