Which TomTom GPS models allow you to add/download celebrity voices?

I've heard that you can add/download celebrity voices into TomTom GPSes, but I can't find any information about which models have this feature and which don't. I find it hard to believe that their most basic (i.e. cheapest) models have this feature, but I can't find any information which ones have it and which ones don't. Does anyone know definitively? If you can cite a URL that has this information, it would be even more greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
My friend has a TomTom, it takes her a new way somewhere whenever she leaves her place, gets her lost because it laggs and takes her to roads that don't exist.
