Which Xbox exclusives do you think will come to PS3?

Well Mass Effect 2 is no longer exclusive and neither is Dead Rising... Examples include Mass effect 1, Fable series, gears of war, left 4 dead series, Halo series... Explain why. For PS3 Fans (like myself) what exclusives do you think we will loose, and why? examples include (MAG, Solcom, Resistance, Killzone, Buzz, Rachet and Clank, Twisted Metal, inFamous, LittleBigPlanet, Heavy Rain, Lair, God of War, and Mod Nation Racers,
And Don't Say None, give atleast one example.
