...4G or IPhone? They already got the facial recognition software on both phones and most digital cameras. They also got things like Google Goggles which takes an image and scans it to find matches over the net to what it is and give info about it.

So I put it to you, would it not be a good idea to make an app that you could take a pic of some Muslim/Terrorist's face... do the scan directly on the phone and have the program linked directly into the government's listing of Muslim/Terrorist to find out if the person is a terrorist or not right then and there.

Now even if you don't get a result right there, have the results automatically sent to the local police (if found positive) and with the image and location detail pick the terrorist up.

What do you think?

What makes you think that Muslim automatically equals terrorist? Are you saying that you would just take a picture of a random person you think is a Muslim and try to find out if they are a terrorist? That seems VERY unethical and I would venture to guess that you are some version of a conservative white Republican.
