As of march 1st i eliminated all fast food along with junk food..
Limited my calories to around 1000-1300
Work out daily for 2 - 2.5 hours.. Drink 5 bottles of water a day.. no soda..
but the problem is i've only lost 5lbs..
which seems quiet small considering.. I'm becoming discouraged what am i doing wrong??!!

well you shouldnt drink 5 bottles of water thats not good alot of the foods we eat contain water already and that counts as a serving limit to 2 bottles. you could be gain water weight.dont look at how much you weight look at how your body looks. you should also be eating healthy not just lowering your calorie consumption that lost of reasons you shouldnt drastically lower your calorie intake but i dont wanna get into that you dont have to exercise that much either your over doing everything and all that does is lower you metabolism and wear you out and make your binge later.you need to gradually build up to stuff
