Ok, so here is my problem. The dvd burner in my desktop quit working. I had a dvd rom and a dvd burner. I decided to replace both drives with brand new dual layer burners. I can't get either of them to work now. I took the old drives and put them in another desktop of mine and they work perfectly. What could be causing the drives in the one desktop to not work?
