Well I recently started my own program for increasing vertical leap and basically im jsut working out my legs and the rest of my body..... but I think i worked out my legs too much. I would work out my legs 6 times a week if not everysingle day..... and about 1 - 2 weeks ago i went out to play basketball and i noticed my legs started to hurt...... i continued working out thought for 2 days or so...... and i didnt have time to recover cuse i had basketball games the next week
please anybody some advice on how i can speed up my recovery and some1 verify that it is from over workout plz......... ty i really apreicate whoever can answer me .... ty =)
