...concerned with Union influence? What is the difference between a group of individuals in a Corporation making donations to a political party and a group of individuals in a Union doing the same thing?
 
Unions are lobbying for workers (99%). Corporations are lobbying against workers and for profit only.
 
because they would forced to admit that they are either uniformed or blatant hypocrites
 
Because unions --by definition-- have the good of the workers in mind, whereas corporations don't. In fact, legal Scholar and Professor of Law at the University of British Columbia Joel Bakan describes the modern corporate entity as 'an institutional psychopath' and a 'psychopathic creature.' In the documentary The Corporation, Bakan claims that corporations, when considered as natural living persons, exhibit the traits of antisocial personality disorder or psychopathy.
