I am very religious. God and Jesus have always been a huge part of my life, and I always considered religion a good thing, even when I see people using it as an excuse to do evil. But honestly, this section makes me think that religion is going to be the fall of human society.
Not only are theists and atheists antagonizing each other, both sides are equally guilty, but I see Christians wanting to vanquish all the Muslims, and even worse Christian squabbling amongst Christians. I got seven thumbs down for saying Catholicism was a sect of Christianity which is a fact.
If Christians can't even cooperate with one another enough to agree we're all Christians, how on earth are people of different faiths, or lack of faiths ever going to coexist peacefully. Being a Quaker, the lack of peace and cooperation here literally makes my heart hurt.
So congrats to the R&S Y!A community, or lack thereof, for shaking my faith in religion.
