So I remember one of my favorite games was Sims Bustin out back when the Gameboy SP came out. LOVED IT, it was my sisters. Then she got a ds and sims Urbz which was also great! So I got a PS2 For fun just for some old games, I bought both of them, they're nothing alike. Sims Bustin out on GB: You're at your uncles shed cutting his lawn and working at bars and buying cool stuff. PS2: You live at your moms in a house and can move out and have a certain job. Sims urbz DS: You're on the street racing motorcycles talking collecting recyclables go to college PS2: You're in an apartment kinda on the street. Could someone explain this to me? Why are they different?

Processing power varies on different devices, as well as the fact that different devices have different programming standards, so porting the game exactly as it is, is hard. Making it again, with slight changes, is easy.
