Why aren't girls friendly or make an effort to meet guys?

Is this a teen thing?

How come they don't start conversations? They always keep their heads down on text with their phones constantly...

It's really sad. I know I'm good looking (I'm not trying to be conceited). But I always have to make the first effort. Why so? Even if I just want to be friends...
 
right man thats some ol bu11 $h!t, but thats what happens when u got all these technological advances in todays society, cant say hi to someone without texting on the phone at the same time
 
Because the responsibility has landed on the men
Women expect men to come up to them and chat it up.

They have NO idea the amount of courage it takes to talk to a girl you really like.

but instead of sparking the convo themselves they complain about how no guy ever talks to them
 
maybe they are scared to talk to you. because you are so "good looking"
 
haha xD Most girls do that to act "uninterested" or "cool" Trust me, the more they seem out of it, the more they like you. :o)
