comedies? i hate romantic comedies.... i'm sure half of the world is sick of seeing romcom too...

Gay Asian Boy, I am sick to death of romantic comedies with the same story lines, same characters and virtually the same actors!!

Yay! Rom-coms rule. Give me romance over robots any day! If they were rom-coms with two male leads I think you'd feel differently!
 
It takes creativity to come up with good sci-fi stories. Romantic comedies are quite 'one with our daily life'. Hence, it's easier to come up with romantic comedies than to think and create interesting sci-fi stuffs.
