I always feel fat even though i wear size 29 jeans and wear small size shirts, I also think im extremely unattractive but have been told im handsome, how do I feel better about myself and gain a little confidence? I have a tendency to not eat when I feel fat because I feel even more disgusting when I eat. What should I do? Its affecting my relationships, because if I can't accept myself how can people accept me.
