my muscles in my fingers tend to feel like rubber sometimes
like if im sitting still for awhile, and i move my finger slightly it feels like rubber, like it's not a smooth maneuver
I don't know if this is normal or not?
and also, sometimes my muscles just randomly twitch
like last night i was laying in bed and my chest and arms just twitched n i sorta jumped off of the bed

I'm female, 15, 5'3' and weigh 115ish
not pregnant or anything (i know some ppl ask that)
and uhmm
the muscle twitching happens maybe every couple of days or weeks
but the feeling in my fingers is daily
it's been happening for a few months
lately i havent been eating meat, because im trying to go vegetarian
so maybe that has something to do with it? like im lacking a certain vitamin? i dont know
i dont have any other health problems
any suggestions on what this may be?

Are you getting enough potassium, calcium, and magnesium? A lack of these minerals and electrolytes can cause muscles to spasm. A lack of water can also cause muscle spasms.

That happens to me when I run too much during cross country runs with my friends. I just eat some healthy things when I feel like that, like an apple, and I feel better.
