...California? Like we bailed out? those wealthy bankers and made sure they can keep their Penthouses and Rolls Royces and Private Jets!
How much of the 300 billion actually went into foreclosures, and help small business with loan's?
 
California spent over 10 Billion dollars last year on benefits for illegal aliens. That would be a good place to start.

I love when idiots like Sean Penn go to 'help' the Katrina victims with his own camera crew. And evil clowns like Nancy pelosi jet around the country in her private jet and crying about Global Warming. Jerks like algore that spend $30,000 per year on eletric bills for ONE of his many homes.

The people of CA need to bail themselves out by removing big spending democrats and confused big spending republicans...then they need to scale back on the bloated Government programs.
