Transmission does not slip or spin. it shifts through all gears and overdrive just fine its been well maintained 118000 original miles But when it shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear it kind of shifts harder than when it shifts through the other gears I can almost feel it kind of jolt the bed of the truck Ive taken it to a transmission specialist he told me its common symptoms of a transmission that has 118000 miles he said it could last another year like that before it needs rebuilt. Does anyone think it could be something else its not pulling any codes either. Do I need to start worrying about a rebuild in the near future? Please help thanks in advance
