...message When It's On Silent Mode? It plays the ringtone: Jazz.

And it fails to give me options to change what sounds play, when it's on Silent.

Probably your phone is set to do that. You should probably change your sound settings. Its probably just that your phone is warning you that you have an incoming message coming. Hope this helps!!

P.S. - You should go to the Motorola store or your phones network store..

You can have different settings for incoming calls and for message notification.

You can set it up so it can be silent for incoming calls, and still have it make some type of sound when you have a voice or text message. Or you can set it up so it's silent for everything.
