why does my phone download torrents faster than my computer?

my computer can be connected at 100 Mbs/sec. why can my phone with little wifi or little 3g download as fast if not faster when it comes to torrent downloads? I'm using the same engine, with the same amount of peers, and (sometimes) even the same file.
 
Are you sure it's 100MB/sec? Check out your speed at some speed test website...
Not to doubt your connectivity, but the speed may reduce to number of user, type of modem, or your provider, stability. Also, unlimited plan may have slower speed than the bandwidth limitation plan.

3G HSDPA speed is 10MB/sec, and quite stabilize because if you stay connected, it's the same speed as ADSL1, and commonly used onl by 1 user.
