My husband bought this at a garage sale. Still in the box and foam packing. It stays on for about 5 minutes, the message "protection" then "good bye" goes across the screen and shuts off. It has a remote control that seems to work but I dont think it is the original one that came with it. Can someone please help? It is model HT-WX70
