Currently in Australia free speech is only protected by the courts and only in cases of high political matters, and Australia is the only major Anglo-American English speaking country that does not have a Bill Of Rights... Considering Australia is a signatory of the U.N charter of Human Rights is it democratic to not have one. And why is it seen as Undemocratic to introduce a Bill Of Rights
