why don't people complain about car exhaust like they do about cigarettes?

Cars and trucks pump out massive amounts of deadly gasses but liberals don't fuss about them. They want everyone to stop smoking because the second hand smoke is bad for them. But the SUV driving by wont hurt them at all. So why not force the world into car free areas so that kids and liberal weenies wont get any second hand car smoke.
 
I used to be brutally addicted to huffing gasoline, so the smell of car exhaust pisses me off about ten times worse than cigs, because i love the smell of gas but i have conditioned my brain to hate it.
 
I second that. It is fine I cant smoke indoors in public places but to tell me I can not smoke outside is so stupid.
 
Most people don't hate the smell of car exhaust, but most people that don't smoke are disgusted by the smell of cigarette smoke.

People also don't like to smell tobacco in public establishments. Car exhaust does not normally happen in a fast food restaurant.

Liberals do whine about vehicles Exhaust, why do you think the Cash for Clunkers was aimed at vehicles that used more gas and put out more exhaust? But really I don't like smelling ciggarette smoke at all but I love the smell of exhaust on a cold winter morning when I first start my truck... is that weird? lol
