Why is everyone complaining about black ops connections on ps3?

I seriously have no problems with black ops... generally i am host, and if im not i still always have a 4bar to them... all of my friends constantly drop out of parties and heaps of terrible connection bugs. but i seem to be fine... treyarch are working on the problem, but there is none, the majority of players must have freakin crap ass connections if they cant handle it... i have TPG and avg 4.5kbps down and 0.86kbps up... nat type 2, and a wireless N gateway, but broadcast in g format... adsl2+. im 3.5km from my exchange point (which is bad) but i still get perfect gaming? i guess its my router?

It's probably their connections. Their router probably isn't the greatest. I know my PS3 would probably cut me out here and there because I'm all the way across the house from my router.
