i see a lot of more pontiacs on the road then buick i mean who cares about buick when pontiac sell the g6s and g5s vibe when buick has nothing and gmc has what trucks and vans?

Buick is big in China. The 2010 LeCrosse looks very nice. Like a Lexus

Anyway, they may push the G8, G6 to Chevy and they shut down NUMMI, the plant that made Vibes and Matrix.

Different markets do have more sales, then others; however in the end GM shows Pontiac to have very low sales compared to Buick. I while I do like the look of many of the Pontiac's. It is ultimately a redundant line of Chevy. This is the same thing that killed Oldsmobile. Oldsmobile was a redundant line of Buick. When the sales dropped off from olds, despite everything GM did to save it, they in the end, killed the line. They have been attempting to do the same with Pontiac, but it has just not been working. GM spent a lot of time revitalizing Buick and it paid off with a large increase in sales. Also the Government Bail out has forced GM to cut costs in many areas, Pontiac, Saturn and Saab where the unfortunate casualties of it. It sucks, it’s horrible to see such a historic line die, but in then end, the bottom line is what counts.

Pontiac is worse than the worst car company ever.

The solstice looks like it is made out of duck penis and when they tried to bring back the GTO they failed miserably.

probably has to do with making money.......then again it is GM so may not......

you got to look at total sales in the US AND other countries, not just the US alone or in your area alone, also what pontiac had you can get the same equal stuff with a chevy, also the chevy and GMC trucks and SUVs are almost GMs main sellers and well some people like Chevy's front ends while other like GMC's front ends so as long as GMC still sells good why get rid of it

plus your probably seeing older pontiacs not newer models thats 5 years old or newer, they can't go by what a make USED to sell they have to look at what they sell the last 2-3 years
