why is it only ripping the sound from this dvd?

Would it be because of some protection thingo the DVD has?

Does anybody know how I can get around this?
I've tried two different rippers and they both end up with the same result.

Please help.
 
You can change a piece of dvd , try to use the previous two software, if converted, then the problem is the dvd, can not,maybe it is you converter's problem
