Why is my built-in Bluetooth is not working?

I had this Dell studio 15 under a year, and the bluetooth was working fine, until for some unknown reason I had to "restore to factory settings". I knew it deleted ALL my personal file, (nothing to important), but i'm guessing it took away my bluetooth too. It doesnt find any bluetooth devices at all and when i click the normal bluetooth icon ( instart menu NOT in toolbar) nothing happends. I know that bluetooth is hardwhere so I am guessing all it needs is the software. Anyone know where ot download this said software or just a sulution to it?
 
Find the installation CD that came with your bluetooth device and install it again or download them from the PC manufacturer and install them again.
