why is my call of duty black ops unreadable? (XBOX 360)?

Im using a modded xbox 360 and i bought 3 cod black ops from 3 different places but i still wont work on my Modded XBOX 360 , The same goes to Halo:Reach and keeps saying disc unreadable i dont know why , could some one answer me please , i would really appreciate it if u do !!!!! THANKYOU IN ADVANCE! HELPPP ASAP!
 
perhaps they are laser burned? try to install em to the harddrive and see if you get an error,if u dont they should work perfectly
