Their seems to be oil on one of my sparks plugs and im wondering if its hard to fix the problem?

The main thing is: How many miles are on the motor?
but without that info i'd say you have broken oil ring. To fix it you have to basically tear the motor down, take the piston out check the cylinder wall for scratches or gouges. Its not cheap but not as expensive as another car.
The best you could hope for is it just needs valve seats, the oil may be leaking by the seat onto the spark plug. Good Luck

I'm gonna guess that you mean oil is on the plug above the threads. On several makes of overhead cam engines, the spark plugs are in tubes.Just remove the valve cover, then pull the tubes out, clean'em well & tap'er back in with a little #2 permatex.
