really matter? As far as I recall reading in the Bible, no matter your origin, gender, social status, religion etc God accepts everyone equally in heaven (no matter whether you think it exists or not)..It is our actions which determine whether we go there or not..
So, if it is our actions that matter why we argue about religion? God would accept every good person in heaven no matter whether that person is Christian, Muslim, Buddhist etc or Atheist.. Therefore, why can't we all just get along and respect each others differences in beliefs (and not only)?

What bible are you reading? Our actions don't matter at all, only whether you believe in Jesus. A repentent Hitler would go to heaven before a philanthropic atheist. Thus is my reason for "arguing": to tear modern humanity away from a petty, stone-age mythology we should have abandoned long ago.
It's better for us in the long-term to drag the religious kicking & screaming into the 21 century, no matter how traumatic it may be for them in the short-term.

Though I agree that people use to argue on religious matters
just to satisfy their religious and intellectual egos.

But I disagree that it does not really matter,
because It may not matter much for a believer,
but it matters a lot on the way of the logic, rationalism and meditation.

That makes sense Racial issues would be gone, sexist issues and Hate. But i do believe in spreading my beliefs peacefully. Were all just basically wiping our Azz with a towel and passing it down a line too the next person and next continuously that's why were all shat faced

The problem is that it is impossible to be a "good person" and not see the goodness of God in His Son. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man cometh unto the Father but by Me."

if you are to rely on your actions you better do them perfectly from the very day you became conscious of good and evil. no man has done that. that is why we need the perfect righteousness of christ.and God does not want just good works, he wants you to know and love him.and as a christian i do not disrespect the person or there religion/beliefs, i just disagree with them.

It matters if you believe. If you do not think it matters, perhaps you are not a good believer, or are simply a submissive individual who has no back bone If different beliefs did not matter to the bible God, I don't think he would of had Joshua commit genocide.
