Will a Motorola HeadSet that looks like... work on Xbox 360 For a Mic....?

I have already used it as headphones but when I talk into the middle thingy that acts as a phone reciever for the W376 (Phone reciever as in radio) The Xbox Live thingy says im talking? Is it a mic and can everyone else hear me? LOL
I Dont have a PS3....
 
No it doesn't look like it will work, you should just buy a Turtle Beach X1 headset. THERE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
