I just received a Vizio blue ray player that comes with Vizio apps. It says you need an HDMI cable, but my TV has no HDMI output. I've seen online where you can get HDMI converter's for your TV. If I got a converter, would the blue ray player and the apps it comes with work on my TV? I know I don't need to expect HD quality on my TV, but I just want to know if the apps will work.
And if it makes any difference, the Vizio player's model number is VBR122 and the TV I have is a Symphonic 27" CRT TV. I'm not sure what the model number is.
