Will iOS 4.3 update require iTunes 10.2?

I have recently heard about the new iOS 4.3 update coming on march 11th. I was just wondering wether the update will require iTunes 10.2 as I am not the admin of my computer and the admin is not always around. But I really want to get the new update so I was wondering wether it is possible to get it without having to upgrade iTunes
