After I shut down and restarted my computer (it was being slow). I turn it back on an see that my weather gadget said "Service not available". It was working fine just fine before I shut down. Also when I type in msn.com it says "Service Application Unavailable" and it tell me to click refresh to retry my request or something. But when I load it as my homepage from a different tab it works! So what is going on? All my other gadgets and websites work fine! So I don't think it is my internet connection. Please Help!
