In "Devices" (in PC settings), when trying to connect/pair devices, it displays "offline" below the name of the selected device even though the bluetooth feature is enabled on both devices. I then have to remove the device and reconnect and, then too, it connects briefly and the same "offline" message is displayed again.
Also: In the "Printers and Devices" window, whenever I right-click on my device and click "control", the window opens momentarily then closes. I need to access a feature in the window that should open to stream music from my device but am unable to due to the aforementioned issue.
This was all seamlessly possible with my previous phone (BB 9700) so I can't fathom what the underlying issue is.
