All of a sudden every time I boot up my computer I get a error message on startup saying: "Windows Defender User Interface has stopped working"
I have a dell xps laptop with windows vista installed. I can't think of anything that may have caused this error and can't find a way to fix it since Windows Defender seems to come with vista and can't be reinstalled, or even uninstalled for that matter.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it even a big deal if windows defender doesn't work? should i just disable it? I really don't want to reinstall vista, or go through the hassle of talking to tech support.
