So I have a new Linksys wireless N router and new D-Link wireless N network adapter. I have had troubles with them for the past week, So i simply left the computer alone out of anger. I looked at it tonight and I'm connected to my home network twice. Its running like it is suppose to now, no problems, but why do I have to be double connected (How can i be double connected? [Only one router and only one adapter]) Will this cause problems?
I am not connected Via a LAN line, and its not two networkes, its(Ex:)

"currently connected to:

blaBla 2(blaBla) [2/5 Single]
access: Local and internet
blaBla [2/5 Single]
access: Local and internet"

No blaBla is not my network name but I don't feel it is resolvent info.

Also, don't be confused by the 2, its still the same network (as versified in parenthesis)

It shouldnt cause any issues with your connection. I am a little confused as for how how your connected to two networks. The only way possible i can think of is your lac "local area connection" and your wireless could be connected at the same time.

check the settings in the router. make sure its marked for keep alive. you can access the routers settings by opening a webpage "its fine if it doesn't display your home page". and type in 192.168.1.1 into the address bar. make sure you are connected to the router with an Ethernet cord first.
if you have any questions please ask.
