I devote my time and energy to training. I want to be the best fighter in the world. There are other people who have thought about i'm sure. i'm trying to go through with it. Even if your goal isn't to become the best in the world i was wondering if there was anyone who wanted to become a the best they possibly could at a certain aspect of fitness. I just wanted to compare what i do to what you guys do. Heres my weekly schedule:
Monday:
30 min upper body circuit:
chin ups
press ups
tricep dips
1 min exercise 1 min rest
3 sets of
30 bicep curls
30 tricep extensions
50 crunches
Tuesday:
5x5 shadowsparring
rest
30 min lower body circuit
squats
lunges
calf raises
1 min exercise 1 min rest
50 push ups
50 dips
20 chin ups
wednesday:
3x30 push ups
3x30 dips
rest 1 hour cardio
thursday:
off
Friday:
off
Saturday:
upper body circuit:
8 bent over rows
8 upright rows
8 overhead presses
8 squats
8 lunges (each side)
8 squat and press's
x4 (no rest)
30 min ab circuit
sunday:
1 hour cardio
30 min shadowspar 1 min break every 5 mins
