In the last few years i have really started to 'munch out' and have gained wieght as a result. I have started running to the local gym. Doing a workout than running home. This seemed like a good idea but it got me thinking. Does running and lifting weights actually make me lose wieght? Because if i gain muscle wont it just make me look bigger or more chunkier? ( lol sorry for all the scientific terms) But yea so anyways im just curious as to how this works so any replies would be cool thx
