workout Routine for 13 year old?

ok im in 8th grade 13 years old. i was wondering what would be a good workout routine for me. i have school mon-fri from 8-3:15 i usaually get a lot of hw and have no real time for a workout but maybe little things or something. on the weekend i have baseball and like to hang out with friends most of the time. but i need a workout tht can be like a half hour to an hour tht will lose weight and gain muscle.
