Workout routine for gaining muscle and losing fat?!?!?

Hi, I have been hitting the gym for 1 month straight now. I do cardio and then I lift weights. I am not a total beginner but there are many things I don't know. So can someone please give me a routine to build muscle and lose fat? Or at least give me a website where I can get one?
