Workout routine i can use to gain weight n mass w/o equipments...?

do push-ups, there are various ways to make them more difficult (e.g. incline, put weight like books on your back, where you place your hands)

for legs, jog run and SPRINT and they will grow.

I use dumbbells but I know a guy whose entire body was ripped. he did nothing but sprints, push-ups, sit-ups, and yoga. it can be done.
 
i want to gain like 30 pounds to b 150, im 5'8...i do not have free weights only a standard machine which doesnt seem to really help... is there a workout routine that u may know or done urself that can help me build mass and gain weight by the summer?

30 pounds in 5 months? Nothing. Unless you want to be fat.
