would a haro backtrail be a good beginner bmx bike?

i can get a barely used haro backtrail (not sure what style or year but pretty new) it's really cheap i would probably use it 4 street and park and i'm a beginner so would this bike work/be good 4 what i want to us it 4??? otherwise what is another good bike 4 this thats cheap

they weigh a tone there so heavy those things but they are very durable and strong
