Yes. I agree to add protein and lots of water. Cut out sugared drinks, pre-packaged foods and establish regular mealtimes will help too.

Add a little exercise. I like power-shopping. The rules are you have to walk the length of the mall twice before you can look at anything to buy. You only have ten minutes in each store. Well, sometimes I stay longer but you get the idea. :)
