Would it be better to learn Arabic or Chinese?

I've wanted to learn a language that wasn't to common in the U.S. I looked it up, and the FBI looks for people who can speak certain languages. I figured I'd try to learn one of them in college. Ultimately, I narrowed them down to Arabic and Chinese. Personally, I've always wanted to visit Singapore one day. I also work with a girl who's willing to help tutor me in Chinese if I choose to take that language. I looked at Arabic too, and happened to notice that there aren't as many people that speak it. Would it be better to learn a language that isn't as common? Not that it matters, but my girlfriend is Arabic and she speaks Farsi and some other languages. Her whole family has been pushing me towards that. Personally, I just want to learn the language that's more marketable. If it matters, I major in Biochemistry. I plan to either join the FBI, or do something in the medical field. I also plan to study abroad in an area relevant to what ever language I choose. So, which language is more marketable, Arabic or Chinese?
