would this be a good car to get -- volkswagen cabrio?

i'm thinking about getting this 2001 volkswagen cabrio. it is $3900 with 133078 miles. does that sound like a good price? and do you think it would last long with that amount of miles for that type of car? the car looks like it is in really good shape..no damage.
