Why not just enjoy them all for what they are worth? I am not talking about necessarily owning them all, but why not give them all respect for what they do? Entertain you? Challenge you? Give you different games on each as well as share some games? They offer some intuitive ideas, with Wii being focused on innovating in hardware, and the other two attempting to follow, but succeed more in software.
Honestly, I've grown bored of this argument. This is why I was really happy to have both an Xbox 360 and Wii now, because I can play majority of the games. That doesn't mean I don't want a PS3 either, but I did get the Xbox 360 S for my birthday, so I couldn't help it. I did tell tell them a PS3 Slim, but I guess they didn't follow through with that. No matter, I was still happy and thankful for the generosity.
Now, why do people argue over this? Who's really winning the argument? You, the company or no one? Are we all losers in this? Is it just a "superiority complex" these people are developing?
Please enlighten me.
Personally, I prefer the Wii exclusives ( the many good ones), but that doesn't mean I didn't really miss the multiplats on the other systems that I couldn't get on the Wii. That's why I loved getting the 360...for the multiplats not on the Wii. But I still love my Wii. It has a nice edge about it that people overlook.
