I have no clue, looked on google as well, couldn't find it there either, sounds like an error with windows or POSSIBLY a virus, but don't go reinstalling windows just yet, wait for more people to answer. If no one on here can help, you could always go to a tech support forum like http://www.techsupportforum.com/
