...cell phone mobile internet ? i am looking for one where you can directly download the ringtones; not the ones that send them through mms. i have already tried my tiny phone and tonzr.
 
you can try m.zedge.net, i get a LOT of ringtones there
or perhaps waptrick.com, its mostly useful for full mp3's though, but the short mp3's can work as ringtones...

just look up ring tones you want, then go to wap.mobiles24.com on your phone and enter in the IP number of the ring tone you pick and it downloads it straight to your phone

You can make your own ringtones for free using audacoty and mp3 files you already have. Getting the on the phone requries differenr steps depending. On what phone you have. If its a blackberry it might be as easy as just copying the ringtone file to the BB's sd card.
